Dear aquarists and terrariums,

Once a year we offer examiner training in the area of "Proof of expertise in accordance with Section 2 Animal Protection Act" for both aquaristics and terrariums. This training usually takes place in Fulda.

There should be an interest in teaching predominantly adults; as well as the willingness to deal intensively with topics related to aquarium/terarariums and to receive regular training. In addition, at least proof of expertise in accordance with Section 2 Animal Protection Act must be available.

The training lasts 3 days and ends with an examination with the participation of an official veterinarian.

The cost for the seminar and the exam is €100.00 and also includes the teaching materials (except the expertise folder!) The current expertise folder is required for the technical part of the exam!

The expertise in accordance with Section 11 Animal Protection Act must be acquired during the seminar if this has not already been acquired.

The examination consists of three written and one oral part. All parts must be passed.

After passing the exam, you are required to sit in on two training courses (this can also be online training).
